Sir,
With reference to Your Honour's letter of
the 24th. instant, enclosing your reply to Mr. Kysheb communica-
tion of the 18th. instant, I have the honour to inform you that
I have decided that Mr. Kyshe may be accorded an opportunity of
making within three days an unqualified apology to Your Honour
in the presence of the gentlemen who were present when Mr.
Kyshe used his disrespectful language. I shall be glad to hear
when he has done so.
2.
I may add that I have determined to appoint
a Commission to enquire into the general work of the Registrar's
Department with a view of reporting what changes, if any, are
necessary to secure the future performance of the work of the
Registry of the Supreme Court with efficiency and economy.
